The rules of the Heavy expandator medal has been updated. The new description is as follows: ”This medal belongs to the user who manage to spread turf in a significant way via major media such as radio, newspaper, big webpage, etc.”

This means that the medal is being given retroactively to three users who have managed to do some extraordinary expansion.
